  As George from Seinfeld said, you may as well just give them your money. $150 per hour whether they fix anything or not. They definitely cannot fix transmission problems even though Ford is being sued by 150,000 Australians for trans problems. Not only that, my remote would not work after nor P. Never buying Ford again. Try the shop down the road, they do not get easy money there from suckers like me.

  Had my ups and downs on various things, but they do come through. They do listen, and their customer service is excellent. If they can assist they will.

  I bought a 2004 Nissan Navara and have had to take it back for a few minor issues and have found all of the people there to be polite and helpful. The service I received is just about the best I have experienced anywhere, nothing is too much trouble and everything has been fixed to my satisfaction and even then some. I never thought I would actually recommend a car yard but I can certainly recommend Jarvis. I know I paid a little extra for the car and the service comes with that, I'm not naive, but I'd rather do that than have any dramas.

  I took my Ranger in for a service for the first time, and found the whole experience great. The staff were friendly and professional, they rang me before they proceeded with anything extra, and the price was still well under what I expected to pay (based on past experience). I had no hesitation in booking my car in again.
